Ouch been a while since I had my shoes on. Was super tired yesterday and slept in what I could. Got out in the afternoon when it warmed up and was a nice fall day. Just an easy jont to get it going again. Legs did get into it but I could tell near the end I haven't done much recently and have been stretching myself thinnish. Stretched on Wasson were nice.

Essentials: Stretch, roll

Got to get that in when I got back. Feeling hungry and thirsty too because I had the ability to snack and eat so much last week. Need to get back to my routine I feel.
