Down Packard to Brooklyn and around in Burns Park along the streets with cool Halloween decorations. Sore after this morning.

Very happy with how this week turned out. In fact, I consider this the crowning achievement of the season so far, getting through a week of 60 and still standing. Starting this week, I’ll taper to 50, 40ish, then 20ish ahead of nationals. Speed work will become a little shorter and faster soon enough. 4-6 tomorrow, then short Tuesday before a workout on Wednesday. Lots of strength work in the near future as well, priority will remain staying healthy.
