Comments:
This is what not running in 2 weeks feels like. I realized I have been missing my favorite weather and it will be gone soon so I made a serious effort to get to run club even though I still have a shit ton of work to do. It was a good group and they pushed the pace. I just tried to keep it and did until we came back on Wasson. Plus it gets dark out I couldn't see shit. But I needed that even if my legs got destroyed.
Essentials: Stretch
Good stretch when I returned. Legs gonna feel that for a few days for sure.
