Got out early again. I need some good mileage to recharge this weekend. Wanted to get in the woods too so I went all the way down Wasson. Had to go slow on the trails because of the leaves and a lot of other people out there actually. No worries. Ran up the hill hard then came back easy. I was on the edge of cramping up but pushed it and finished at a tough pace.

Essentials: Stretch

Just stretched out when I returned. Legs were sore by the end but feel like they got worked for sure.
