Weather: HORRIBLE...snowy and windy...the worst running conditions I have ever run in

Comments:
45 min medium run...although it wasn't quite medium pace...also sholved a driveway and froze!

crunches / pushups...and a few more
I did not ice bath because:
1) It was very cold outside
2) I had to get to dinner so that I could go to a meeting
3) I will IB tomorrow
4) I could only stand anyway
