Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Went kayaking this morning/afternoon, and snorkeling w/fins. I think that it tightened up my hip flexor a little bit. I took the run nice and easy but my hip was pretty tight so i cut the run short a little bit. I didn't have any pain on the run however, but almost the second that I turned around it loosened up and felt a lot better but I didn't really want to push anything.
