Comments:
Really hilly course, just had fun with it and went a good, comfortable pace. Worked the hills (just to maintain pace and good form, didn't try to go fast) felt really good and really strong. Tiring and left me breathing heavy but with all the hills and negative splitting it I'm very happy.
Out and back course, and the way back has far worse hills but still negative-splitted by 30 seconds. Going out the wind was also at my back, but heading back the wind was blowing straight into me. Lot of factors working against me and I still ran that really well.
Really cold outside.
