Comments:
Afternoon run wanted to get some sunlight today because it actually popped out. Didnt sleep all that well and felt tired starting out. Had to push myself down to Walnut Hills but the way up the hill felt good like I knew what I was doing. Just kept pushing upward. Picked up the pace back down Madison. Nice weather, felt like it was warming up a bit.

Essentials: Stretch

Not too sore legs just heavy. Guess cause I have time to run now maybe I am not used to it during the week. But this is good I need to refill myself at the end of the year.
