Weather: dark and cool

Comments:
I started my cooldown immediately after finishing the tempo. I felt great and I just really wanted to get home for dinner. The shin did hurt during the last two to three laps on the tempo but nothing extremely painful, more like a soreness. Regardless, I might reduce the mileage slightly this week.
