Comments:
Slept in a bit today and was just low energy anxiously waiting to head out. I think I got most of what I needed to squared up and can take a step back but its always tough transition for me when I am in a groove. Anyways, short mileage today out and about just on some side streets. It was chilly, a little flurries not too inviting honestly but I knew I needed some miles at least. Decent number of people out and about and Kroger was packed, so back to it I guess.
Essentials: Stretch
Easy stretch when I got back. Legs feel down actually and today I didnt feel fresh or fast. The consecutive days makes an impact apparently. Thats not great for my fitness thought I was in better shape. But thats the way things roll out right now.
