Out past Ft. Mahan and back. No stretch or strength.

Banged my knee into the wall accidentally after waking up this morning. Hurt pretty bad, but I decided to sit in bed and read for a little bit to let it wear off. Did slightly, and halfway through the run I was mostly fine, but after, I was quite achy. Not in an overuse kind of way, but in a "oh crap I slammed my knee into the wall earlier" kind of way. Will reduce mileage for rest of week, maybe hitting 60, maybe not. Off day on Monday quite likely.
