Comments:
Windy and cold but nice and sunny for my last run in the 202 before I send off this afternoon. Lincoln and back with an extension in SE to get mileage up. No stretch or strength.
Another 70+ week! Happy with how my legs are holding up, looking to slow down over the next few weeks as I settle into my last semester. 50-60 sounds reasonable, might overshoot if I have time and wherewithal. Will also have sleep and strength as my North Star as I aim to keep things going for the long run (pun intended). Run good and go blue!
