Comments:
Strength, mile warmup, then 0.5,1,2,3,2,1,0.5 min pickups with rest equal to time just run (on the uptick) and time to be run on the downswing. Good workout overall, first proper speed in like 3 months. Because of brutal cold and hills and whatnot, pace wasn’t much faster than 5:50mi. Nice long cooldown after, around diag and back home. Long stretch after. 6-8 tmrw!
