Comments:
Post-afternoon classes. Mile warmup, followed by the prescribed workout of K-K-400m, with Ks ~3:20-3:30 and 400s ~80 sec. Route was up State to Liberty to Stadium to Washtenaw
I probably would've gone faster on a track, but with pivots for traffic, snowy/icy sidewalks, the time of day, and occasional uphills, I took what I could get. Rests were 2 mins after Ks and 1.5min after 4s.

Some gradual downhills helped ease the whole thing, but overall this was a tough workout to do alone in the cold at night. Lesson learned, get out there while it's light. Still, great effort and will sleep exorbitantly well tnt. Jogged extended way back home. 6-7 tmrw morning, probably no double, maybe workout on Thursday? We'll see how I'm feeling.
