Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Still adjusting to jet lag apparently. Hard time falling asleep then woke up at 11 again makes the day feel weird. Temperature is dropping and run is tough but I got out there to try and reset myself. No one else was out. Sidewalks are iffy, some good spots some bad spots. I tried to survey around town. Ran down Erie, did a loop down to Mt Lookout, came back up and ran on Observatory then linked up to come back on Wasson. Wasson is not good, mostly an ice rink so pace slowed down a lot there. Drastic turn around from my last run on the lake shore where I was significantly overheating. Still good to shake out and get some cold air circulating.

OK stretch when I got back but I need more to get my legs adjusted.
