SL - I decided to start off a little slower today and I was slow compared to most of the summer through the first couple miles and a full minute slower that yesterday at mile 4. I was feeling tight and tired, so I considered slowing down, but soon found that I was actually faster than normal through five. Throughout the rest of the run, I kept noticing how far I was behind yesterday at each point. As bad as I felt, I pushed it to the end and actually ran the same time as yesterday.
