Had a lot of energy for some reason, wanted to get out there after my classes this afternoon, which were moved to Zoom on account of single-digit/sub-zero temps. Brutally cold, and L knee, for some reason, was achy after the workout. Some strength after. Will monitor knee moving forward, probably due for a 50 mile week with an off day on Sunday, anyway.
