Got out a lil late for this double. Some strength before, which helped a good bit in relieving some tension in my L knee, which was still quite achy. Might go to PT next week or take Monday off in addition to tmrw. Either way, will lower mileage next week and maybe mix in some cross-training. Don’t want to jeopardize rest of season for short-term mileage catharsis. Still, all in all a great week, good workout + really nice meet yesterday. Not mad if I have to pivot to preserve myself for what’s to come.
