3x400 at or just below w/ 30 seconds recovery and 3 minutes after all 3
3x200 at or just below w/ 30 seconds recovery.

felt really good on all of these, especially the 200s. lefgs were a little heavy toward the end of the 3rd 400 but a good workout overall.

ibis, static 3, pushups

edit: running-log effed all the sets up so yeah not going to fix that.
