Comments:
Nice little loop in the afternoon as the sun was going down. I slept in a lot and didnt do anything really in the morning, was just chillin then got a little more active before I headed out but by then there wasnt much day going on. Felt kinda heavy today actually but I pushed through. Little bit of mileage is something if nothing.
Essentials: Stretch
Kinda weak stretch when I got back but legs feel alright after this weekend.
