Another kinda brutal workout, but I held up better than I expected I would. The track itself was frozen over in parts, which added some seconds to the reps but I was able to tolerate it and anticipate it in later reps.
Workout was 8x1500m @threshold (I figured ~5:20-5:30 splits was fair given conditions), with 90 second cooldowns. Warmup jog, strength, and then drills loosened up lingering soreness from the weekend, then made sure to hit some strides before I got into it. Took awhile to adjust to track sliperiness but I found the right footing. First half was smooth sailing relatively, then going got tough in reps 5 & 6, then 7 and 8 came easy. Splits were:

A little inconsistent, but I'll take it. Thursday workout should be hills of some kind, but we'll see. Jogged an extended cooldown home. 4-7 tmrw, we'll see what my body needs!
