Comments:
Not the best workout ever, but got it done regardless. Jogged 1.5 over to base of the hill, then got going with workout of 12xfull hill + few dozen meters extension (with goal of ~1:20 per rep). Super sluggish to start, then got going with it. Splits varied from 1:23 (rep 8 or 9), then I ripped it on the last rep (1:15). Hills are tough – all the worst parts of a 400 with the added struggle of gravity – but I'm glad I got this one in.
Extended cooldown home. 8-10 tomorrow.
