Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Late afternoon run. It was rainy in the afternoon. I was on campus in the morning trying to do what I need to do. Then came back rested a little and headed out. Mind was on work the whole time trying to pull the next proposal together. Fine because I couldn't see anything with the rain anyway it was just enough to get you wet but not too much to disrupt the run. Gut was a little crampy on the way even though I drank a lot of water today. Maybe it was because I was laying down right before heading out. Ran down Erie to Wasson then back.
Essentials: Stretch
Ok stretch when I got back mostly wanted to dry off. Not happy with the weak mileage. Its hard to get out and go longer these days. But something is something.
