Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
I finally made it to run club. But barely. I got home at 6:21 and had to change and get out the door ASAP. I pushed it hard over to Withrow. Made it in time then we did an Explorewood and I had a little bit to catch my breath. Run was good until we got attacked by a dog and it was dark out couldn't see it coming. By then I was feeling the furiosity of the day and had to just grind it home.
Essentials: Stretch
Good stretch legs feel good now not like this morning when my hip was kinda sore.
