Bleh.

1.5 warmup after some strength. Track was 3/4 iced + snowed over completely. Impossible to find good footing, but felt XC-esque. Workout was 9x600m (1.5 min rest/2 min jog every 3) + 3x1200m, with lap jog in between. Goals were ~1:55 and ~4min for 600s and 1200s respectively. Could not find the top speed I wished I would be able to exhibit in this kind of endeavor, but I gave myself some grace because of the terrible conditions. 600s were slow but overall consistent. 1200s were tough, and I def ripped it on the last one.

Cooldown home, basically no stretch. Not the best workout, but got it done. 7-ish tmrw, threshold 6-miler on Thursday.
