Comments:
Past JDC to Atria complex, turning around and heading home, 6 strides last full mile. Short stretch after, some strength before. Threshold tmrw, should be fun to do something a little longer (aiming for ~6 miles, might do progressive instead but thresh sounds more in line with what I should be doing at this moment). Then 8-10 on Friday, long on Saturday (or other way around), and then either 8-10 or OFF on Sunday, depending on what my body needs.
