Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Woke up to a big of snow that transitioned after some massive rain and lightning last night. I waited until it stopped before shoveling for a bit. It was wet and warm but the temp is dropping fast and I fear anything that isn't cleared is going to ice over. Sidewalks are reasonable now. Wasson is trashed again though. I tried it out but turned off and just zig zagged the streets getting something in. Felt alright until the end then noticed I was kinda beat down, but that could be mentally, spiritually, and physically. A run is one time I dont have to really reconcile that cause I am just out running.
Essentials: Stretch
Good stretch when I got back. Lets see how this week of running goes. I have a lot to do in the next few weeks and its gonna be hella cold...
