Comments:
Ugh. Not my best workout, but I'm proud of myself for toughing it out. Jogged to track, saw it was completely snowed over, so I then headed down State to Stadium, beginning the workout after 1.5 jog. Plan was 400 repeats, aiming for 16 @5k pace. First few ones were downhill, so I got to cook some, but then I hit some infelicitous terrain and slowed down. Turned around at Palm Palace, then headed back up Washtenaw to Stadium to Main, then cooling down extended via downtown. Just couldn't quite capture track speed out there, but I stuck through the discomfort and put in 18 reps (because I miscounted), with an extended jog after 8.
