Comments:
Back at it felt like nice running weather today. I made it in time and we just did an out and back. Had a crew to run with and pushed the pace on the way back. Great. I liked that. Shows what a difference it makes when you make the time.
Essentials: Stretch
Barely stretched when I got back. I was hungry and had a few things to touch up on. Probably gonna be sore but its a good rebuilding kinda of sore.
