Great run tonight Weather was just fine and it was our last dark run. I had a lot in me after a tough weekend and I kept up with the guys and just opened it up at the end. Sometimes you just feel like that. We just went out and back and thats it. So maybe a lil under 7, over 7 pace
Essentials: Stretch
Nice stretch when I got back and recovered up. It was late and I was burnt by then.
