Good bit of strength before, nice stretch after. Need to get new shoes soon, probably tomorrow after my 2:30 class. Otherwise, great week of training, glad I got to 80, workouts were solid, just need to get more sleep this coming week, maybe start my taper. 70 coming up? We’ll see.
