Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
A little shake out run today. I was so tired yesterday but not so jet lagged. Just needed to sleep and catch up on that. I woke up late and felt like I didnt have much time in the day. Ran later afternoon but sun is still up so its fine. Felt like I haven't run in a while which is true. I didnt want to push it too hard because I still need to recover and get ready for the next week. Ran down to try and get to the end of Wasson from Erie, got a little lost again then wound back and came back on Wasson. Not a lot of folks out. I just pushed myself along as best I could. Mostly felt kinda creaky.

Essentials: Stretch

A weak stretch because I needed to rehydrate. Thats fine though need a few days to reorient my legs anyways. Good to get back to it after just walking a lot last week.
