Ks, 4s, 2s

Comments:
Strength, then shorter extended way to track, then drills and strides and got into it. Cut on the bottom of R foot feels much better now, will hopefully close on up by the end of the week. Didn't bother me much at all during the workout itself. Either way, workout for today was 3x(K-K-4 @5k pace; 200m jog in between reps, 5 min jog btwn sets) + 4x200 (200m jog in between). Met a runner alum from EMU (Ian) who was also doing Ks, we collided for a rep, which was precipitously faster than the other reps. Ian was lanky and cranking ~5:20 pace with serious ease, although he dismissed that he was in any kind of shape. Legend. Certainly some diminishing returns on the last set before the 2s, but I got through it. 2s were a good chance to let loose. I do wish I had been more consistent, however.
