Comments:
Saw the workout for tomorrow, and figured I should shakeout a bit. State to Packard to Stadium to Washtenaw (a little past Manchester) to Hill. 6 strides mile 4. Glutes need some strengthening, hips are solid tho. Workout tomorrow looks tougher than expected, but I'm excited regardless. Thursday will be OFF, short Friday.
