Back to work today. Calendar is a bit more open this week and I need that its hard to keep pushing. It was really nice out today took a little walk at lunch time but then crazy rain and storms came in. Made run club a little damp and dark. Not a lot of people showed up and we had a slower shorter crew. Ran most of Richmans but didnt do the other loop. Fine with me today because I didnt run this past weekend and was sore.

Essentials: Stretch

Kinda stretched when I got back but was also kinda burnt out. Legs pretty sore as a result.
