Weather: 40's; Partly Cloudy, Windy
Comments:
Strength and MG at home, extended jog thru BP, then did some drills before getting going. R hamstring, NOT tendon but muscle, was very sore to start but loosened up over the course of the workout. Goal within the workout was to be consistent (failed!) around ~75 seconds. Wind, plus starts at different markers (cooldown was 200m unidirectionally) and soreness, threw a wrench in my plan to hit 75 over and over. 5 min jog in middle helped break it up. Let loose on last one, but I wish I had trusted myself on earlier reps.

Either way, nice longer cooldown at the end, then some stretching. Goal in the next two weeks is keep mileage relatively low, get good sleep, and enjoy running, as it will not look the same after that time meet (ostensibly time trial) on the 26th.
