Weather: light frost and very cool, but dry
Comments:
A wonderful run! I ate porridge with honey around an hour before, and have been eating more normally and I think this made all the difference. I drank loads of water before I left to make sure that I was properly hydrated and took it slowly and concentrated on breathing steadily. This is why I run, the high I'm on now is great, and I'm so excited about the marathon and training now. I know that the speed wasn't the best, but I will continue to work on that, and the main thing is that I'm running and my fitness will be improving all the time.
