Comments:
Prognosis from PT was that I might have bursitis, so I should focus on hamstring strength, rolling out, and rest. After this week I’m gonna do a proper down 2 weeks, then building up from teens up to 20s by June, then no more than 30ish at camp, then hopefully back up to higher mileage in the fall.
