Didnt we do this last week? Still feel like I am itching into the summer. Dont quite have class down yet, really want to clean that up as we get going. Although there is a lot to cover this summer, so this is just start up. Today was a lot and I left just intime to get to run club. It was a fantastic weather evening and lots of people showed up. Ran with Matt the whole time, good pace.
Essentials: Stretch
We waited around a bit in the parking lot, then ran back. So I was kinda tight when I got back. Good stuff for my legs though.
