Comments:
Got up, got that continental breakfast, then went for a nice early morning run on some more trails and paths in UStC. It was a great Saturday morning, a little chilly but lots of people out at the parks. We didnt really know where to go, Phil certainly got lost. That broke up the pace but still I felt pretty good. Did a loop around ball fields then in the woods a little then finished up on a bike path. We beasted the hill and dropped CKells, but he got past us accidentally and we had to go find him. All worked out. Felt pretty good overall again.

Essentials: Stretch

Easy stretch, some coffee and back to the hotel to clean up for a day in the city. Not as sore as yesterday.
