Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
After an action packed day of running, disc golf, baseball, and a nice summer day on the rivers, we were pretty beat. Got up this morning and fit in a quick run before heading back. Went down to the trail again and ran the other direction. Again, you just can ask for much more. Green, sun, blue skies and a cool temp. Just go. Could have run forever in that. Easy pace out and back.
Essentials: Stretch
Didnt stretch too much but I didnt need to. Need to after a long haul drive back.
