Weather: cold, 20, partly sunny

Comments:
Good long run, went farther than needed. It's been too long since I've done long run loops and I wasn't sure of the distance on this one. Vermont National loop plus spear st. Felt pretty good, need to slow down on the long runs though. 1 mile more than needed this week for the intermediate program, pretty nice start. 17 weeks to go!!
