Comments:
Ohh Im just vegging. Thats about what I can handle. It came at the right time. Ran after a strong front came through in the later afternoon. And its been a while so I wasnt expecting much. Just went down Victoria and Erie then back. Not a lot out as it was really really humid. Glasses were drenched at one point. But all things considered I felt pretty good it was what I needed to jump start things.
Essentials: Stretch
Easy stretch and cool down when I got back. Now I do feel even more tired though. Also fair I didnt eat much today but I did drink a lot.
