Weather: Indoor track

Comments:
A real easy run on the indoor track with Kurt and Jeff. Grogan joined us for a little as well. Legs still not feeling 100% a little tight and tired still. Calves especially are sore. Other than that fine. I have a slight cold but that shouldn't bother me much at the meet tomorrow. 4x100 meter strides with Kurt after. Felt good under the mile pace I want to run on all of them without feeling too crazy which was encouraging. Hope all goes well tomorrow.
Iced my calves after streaching. MB abs. No extra pushups or pullups
