Weather: Sunny, wind was chilly

Comments:
Ran long with Paul Curtis again this week. Started out with Ben and John Frey too but we broke off from them after about a half hour. We ran Coventry loop with them and then ended up running up Fairmount again. Fairmount was really snowy on the sidewalks. Felt better than last week definitly but fairly tired overall. Good long run though. With no meet this weekend 3 workouts are in store which should be great.
Misc streaches after. MB abs after lifting.
