Comments:
Back into campus after getting back late and burnt out yesterday. Today just flew by trying to get done what needs to be done. Real quick run just trying to get my feet back under me. Ran down Wasson a little bit then came back on Erie and Observatory. Nothing fancy. It was a very nice late summer evening though I enjoyed that.
Essentials: Stretch
Good stretch when I got back. Considering how little I have run recently, I do not feel sore or that burnt in the legs. Got a lot of walking last week I guess that helps.
