Really glad I finally got back to run club today. Its been a long several weeks of bad habits and I can't do it anymore. Got down to 50W and did a real strong out and back with a good group. Pace was definitely picked up on the way back. It was just absolutely perfect fall weather too. I actually felt good today, surprising after feeling sore and beat yesterday.

Essentials: Stretch

Brief stretch in the parking lot when we got back. Mostly worked it out as we walked over to 50W and got some rehydration. Hung out there for a while as the sun set again on a very nice late summer evening.
