Biltmore Lake

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Up early for a run with Chris Blaire and Phil. They were going far, but I knew I could do a little with them at least. Was kinda tired from driving and staying up late but I wake up early anyways so lets get this done. Found trail that looped around lake. It was so picturesque in the morning. Thats that, I dont ask for much but a early fall run with some lifelong friends it about as good as it gets for me. I felt pretty good we did two loops and the second one Phil and I broke off with the pace. By the time we finished it was getting warm out.

Essentials: Stretch

I stretched down at the beach of the lake. It was tempting to get in but I saw that huge snapping turtle and knew it was a terrible idea. Walked it back from there with a little jog. Legs feel real good despite the excess travel yesterday.
