Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
400s at AU. Not the best track workout I've had as of late, but felt good to get back into the swing of things. Jogged to AU, did strides and some drills, and told myself I'd do 12-16 400s, with 100m cooldowns in between, but progressing to different starting points instead of jogging to and fro. Goal times were under 80 for all, which was achieved, but I wish I'd gone harder. Threw in 2x200m at the endHip was cooperating. Very extended cooldown (that should've been more reps), but I felt good and wanted to meander some in Chevy Chase. Hills later this week. Goal is mid 50s for the week. Off tomorrow.
