Comments:
that's right, I finished the workout. except it was shorter and included more rest than any other workout I've partially done so far. oh well. times were 1:47, 1:26, 1:02, 39, and 19. pretty slow, but as I sped up I felt a sharper pain on the inside of my leg so that wasn't great.
